These plans are tailored to help you become a better runner, while helping you reach your goals and stay healthy.
Plans can be private, customized or pre set. If private the:
Workouts customized to your running background.
Individualized training paces for every workout.
Provide feedback and check your training log
Manage your training on the VDOT O2 mobile app (miles or Kilometres)
Sync your training calendar with Garmin Connect or COROS
Advice and tips to get you through the tough days to make the east days even better!
I can provide you with a plan and guide you along with knowledge on why we are doing this type of run and why/how to pace it which all the things I wish I knew when I first started to run!
